What’s included in the Mobile Slush Bar Hire?
Slush Machine, Slushy Mix, Cups, Straws, Slush Attendant, Delivery & Set Up
Why do you require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit?
The non-refundable deposit is to reserve the date and time for your event and will go towards the remaining balance of the hire fee.
How soon can I book an event?
We ask that you book two (2) days/48 hours in advance. Reservations will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid and are based on a first come-first serve basis.
How long is the service?
Four (4) hours or while supplies last. Please note that set-up time is factored into the proposed time.
Do you need access to power?
Yes, we will need to hook up the slush machine to a power source. The machine requires a 110v plug. Generator rental available.
What do you require for my event?
Designated, covered space to set-up
Two (2) serving tables
Power source. Generator rental available.
Do the slushies contain alcohol?
By default, the slushy mixes are non-alcoholic. You can add the alcohol, however we are not able to obtain them for you.
How many slushies do I get?
Package A: Approximately 45-48 slushies
Package B: Approximately 93-96 slushies
Can I purchase additional slushy mixes?
Yes. Additional slushy mixes per gallon of the same flavor are available per purchase. Ex.: If the flavor you chose is Blue Hawaiian, you may only purchase additional gallons of Blue Hawaiian.
Additional slushy mixes must be purchased upon reservation.
How long will it take for the mix to slush?
Depending on the external temperature, the mix may take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to slush.
What happens to the left-over slushies?
In the event that there are excess slushy mixes the end of the 4-hour mark, we will provide you with the excess, but please be aware that containers are not included. Please provide containers to transfer the mixes.
